Pricing & currency conversion

All package prices are stored in USD and converted to your selected display currency in real time using publicly available mid-market rates. The final invoiced amount is the supplier's confirmed price in the contract currency at time of booking.

Travel risk

Black Basket Travel is not liable for force-majeure events including (but not limited to) weather, civil unrest, pandemics, supplier insolvency, airline schedule changes, or government travel advisories.

Supplier-delivered services

Travel services on the Site (flights, accommodation, transfers, tours, insurance) are delivered by independent third-party suppliers. We act as a curator and booking agent. The contract for each service is between you and the supplier, on the supplier's booking terms which we will share with you in writing before confirming your booking.
